Operation HOPE-North County provides all-encompassing case management services for shelter residents. Likewise, we offer assistance in providing job skills, educational opportunities, housing, and other personal and family needs. Our Case Managers are CAS (California Addiction Specialist), CADAC (California Association of Drug and Alcohol Counselors) and Anger Management certified.
Our case management team provides intensive and customized care to a diverse population of families and individual female clients. Our client/case manager partnership is an ongoing process built upon mutual respect and trust that provides a foundation for reclaiming and sustaining self-sufficiency.
As a charter member of the Alliance for Regional Solutions network, Operation HOPE-North County currently has at its disposal, over 35 other diverse social service agencies which may be tapped into and individually personalized, dependent on a particular clients requirements.
Clients meet weekly with Case Managers to determine individual and family changes which will improve their quality of life with a focus on life skills, employment competencies and housing options. Goals are identified and prioritized as plans of action are development monitored and adapted to maximize achievement.
