What We Do

STEP 1

STABILIZE

Establish safety and trust through attending to immediate needs such as: medical insurance, school enrollment, access to food and shower. Changing the client’s mindset from a place of trauma to a place of growth.

STEP 2

EDUCATION

Meeting with case managers to set goals and identify barriers. Clients attend classes like job readiness, financial literacy, and boundaries.  Focusing on cognitive behavioral changes and self-awareness.

STEP 3

ACTION

Continuing to build life skills through structure and consistency. Chores, attending classes, time management, and arriving to dinner on time is essential to creating this structure. Clients work to build confidence and focus on gaining the tools to advocate for themselves.

STEP 4

INDEPENDENCE

Focusing on finding stable housing and building a savings. Clients are required to save at least 30% of their income. This is a time where clients work on becoming their own best advocate and begin to live confidently.
